Conditions of Warranty
Elite Radio here by warrants, subject to the conditions herein below set forth in paragraph
numbered ‘1’ through ‘4’ that it will replace any part of the unit specifically indicated in the
certificate which proves defective by reasons of improper workmanship and/or material for the
period specified in respect of the particular item, from the date of original purchase without
charge for parts or labour.
1. Purchase: This warranty applies to KDK products purchased from Elite Radio or its authorised
dealer for KDK products and the person requesting the services provided hereunder shall
furnish proof hereof at the time of such request. Submission of properly validates warranty
card bearing the date of original purchase from ELITE RADIO or any of its authorised KDK
dealers.
2. Unauthorised Repair, Abuse etc.: This product shall not be altered, repaired or serviced by
anyone other than a service facility authorised by ELITE RADIO to tender such service. The
serial number on the unit shall not have been altered our removed, the unit shall not have been
tampered with, subject to accident, lightening, misuse, abuse or operated contrary to the
instructions contained in the operating manual instructions.
3. This warranty does not cover repair/replacement caused by misuse, abuse and voltage
fluctuations.
4. This warranty does not cover regulator, plastic canopy, down rod and other rubber parts.
Warranty Period
1. Fans – Pedestal, Table, Wall, Orbital and Ceiling – The motor only is guaranteed for 2 years.
2. Air Curtains – The motor only is guaranteed for 1 year.
3. Exhaust Fans – The motor only is guaranteed for 2 years.
