The below mentioned are the legally binding terms and conditions on all purchases made on www.shop.eliteradio.com between Elite Radio & Engineering (hereon referred to as the merchant) and you (referred to as the customer)

All purchases under the following terms and conditions are subject to the law of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

All information, personal details, statistics collected by Elite Radio will be securely stored. This data will be used only by Elite Radio to provide a unique and responsive tailored customer experience. Elite Radio will not share or sell any data provided by customers to any other third party.

Sale of all items is final. Prices listed on the website are non disputable and non-negotiable. Prices are subject to changes at the discretion of the merchant.
Following payment confirmation, customers will receive a confirmation email. This email will be the final invoice. For any clarification, please email [email protected] and quote your invoice number as the subject line.
The merchant reserves the right to cancel the sale due to unavailability of stock.

Payment
Accepted payments are VISA or MASTER via the Cybersource Secure Acceptance online payment gateway. This gateway is secured according to Payment Card Industry Data. Security Standard.
Delivery
Delivery will be provided free of charge for Colombo 1 to 15.
Orders for the greater Colombo suburbs including areas of Narahenpita, Kirulapana, Nawala, Nugegoda, Kotahena, Maradana, Aggona, Angoda, Athurugiriya, Attidiya, Baddegana, Battaramulla, Bellanwila, Bokundara, Borelasgamuwa, Dehiwela, Embuldeniya, Galborella – Kelaniya, Gangodawila, Himbutana, Hokandara, Jayawardanapura, Kalubowila, Kawdana, Kelanimulla, Kelaniya, Kesbewa, Kohilwatte, Kohuwala, Kolonnawa, Kotikawatte, Kottawa, Kotte, Kurunduhinna – Kelaniya, Madiwela, Maharagama, Malabe, Mirihana, Mt.Lavinia, Mulleriyawa, Navinna, Nedimala, Obeysekerapura, Orugodawatta, Pagoda – Kelaniya, Pamankada, Pannipitiya, Pelawatte, Peliyagoda, Pepiliyana, Piliyandala, Pitakotte, Rajagiriya, Ratmalana, Sedawatta, Sirimal Uyana, Talangama South, Talawathugoda, Thalangama, Thalapathpitiya, Udahamulla, Welikada, Wellampitiya, Werahera will also be fulfilled with free delivery.
Delivery will be fulfilled within 3-5 working days.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellation
No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Goods can be returned only within 3 days following delivery. Returns will only be accepted for the reason of manufacturers defects or other performance issues. Goods must be returned by the customer to 35/3 Nawala Road, Narahenpita, Colombo 05
Returned goods will only be accepted in a pristine condition, in full, with the original undamaged and unmodified packaging and all enclosed materials including technical and instruction manuals.
In the event of a return, the merchant will provide a replacement of the same product ordered. No cash or cash vouchers will be issued. Replacements are subject to stock availability.
Cancellations due to change of mind or any reason will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Warranty
Standard warranty conditions apply to all purchases made on the Elite Radio Store. Please see full warranty.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us and all of our directors, employees and contractors, and hold us all harmless from any claim, loss, damage, cost, expense (including legal expenses) or other liability which may be incurred by us arising out of any breach of the covenants, warranties, representations and agreements herein.
